CONCLAVE CLAN RULES

I. ORGANISATION

> Clan leader (CL) has the highest authority in clan, next are his coleaders and after them - people who are in the clan for a long time and have gained trust of clan leaders.

Hierarchy of leaders:

Clan Leader --> Leaders of Royal Guards --> Leaders of Royal Knights


>Decisions of Clan Leader and decisions of his representatives approved by him are considered to be the rules of ConClave.
>In case of extended CL's absence he choose one coleader to take care of his duties.

     II. OBLIGATIONS OF CLAN MEMBERS

>Everyone is obliged to obey the orders of CL and co-leaders.
>Every member of ConClave  must help his clan members (by helping during pvp , giving key materials, borrowing materials etc).
>It is obligatory for every member to register an account at Clan forum located at  https://conclaveclan.board-directory.net .There will be posted clan rules which are effective at the moment as well as other information’s like siege schedule and other important announcements.
> Presence at TeamSpeak (TS) is compulsory during sieges/raid bosses/mass clan pvp for polish talking people and is indicated for everyone else.
> Presence at sieges is obligatory for every Clan member. If someone won't appear on them numerous times without excuse - he might be dismissed from the Clan. Being in game and being absent on siege at the same time might end up with instant dismiss from Clan without any warning.
>We have war. It is obvious you can’t expect to exp whole day without any fights. You can always ask for help but crying that you loose exp will not be tolerated.


    III. PROHIBITIONS

>Acting against instructions of Clan Leaders is forbidden, especially when it might cause harm to other member of ConClave.
> In case of interacting with clans that ConClave  has war with forbidden is:

- together exp
- helping at Olympiad
- helping during pvp with friendly clans
- helping with quests (subclass, nobles, etc)

The punishment for breaking this rule might be a warning or instant dismiss.

< It is forbidden to inform anyone outside ally about our plans for sieges, the dates of planned dungeon bosses and any other information’s strictly connected to ConClave and/or ally internal affairs.
> Members are not allowed to attack clanmates, ally and members of friendly clans and allies.
>Regarding friendly clans/allies- you are allowed to attack if the reason to do so is well motivated (e.g. a person is kill stealing your mobs, the person is attacking you). If something like that happens we require a screenshot in case there would be two different versions of the event. For breaking this rule an instant dismiss is possible.
> It’s forbidden to cry on clan chat. If you don’t like something in clan – talk to leaders and/or write about your concerns on forum.
>Racists will be dismissed on sight.



IV. BEHAVIOUR IN GAME

    > Every member of ConClave clan is obligated to take care of his good name and reputation, in particular;

>Do not steal from other player when by mistake they give you something in trade( give items back ).
>Do not  revel any information about clan.
>Do not attack neutral clans ( except for killing PK or when you are accosted in a way )
>Participation in Clan / Ally events.


   V. RECRUTATION AND LEAVING CLAN

>ConClave is an International Clan.
>Person joined the clan has to accept to rules and oblige to be active in Clan / Ally events
>After 10 days from invited if the person does not participate in Clan /Ally events, party etc..  or  doesn't log in often enough - the person might be dismissed.
>If someone want to leave clan he / she should first inform a CL  about it and explain the reasons.the person can take with him/her items and matses received from the clan.
>In special causes  a person dismissed / leaving clan might received 'Red Card ' - which means he will be PK - ed on sight by ConClave members, additionally in such case  the person will no longer be able to re-join Clan!!


     VI. RAID BOSSES


>If whole  clan participates in Raid Boss event - Clan Leader get the drops  ( in case of his absence previously chosen co-leader ). All the drops are put in cwh ( Clan Warehouse ).
>Clan Leaders  will decide and share items with clan members.

    VII. CLAN NEEDS

> Every 65+ lvl clan members have to put  250 k to cwh for to use Clan needs ( like paying academics, for get clan reputation score , buy raid boss eggs for clan skills, help clan members etc).
>We are not accepting box /second characters in clan! so Do not offer!
>We will not go to  war with high /strong clans till ConClave clan Members lvl Average 72+
>We will not participate any castle  sieges, 4tress, territory wars,  till ConClave clan members lvl average get 76+
>We need maximum online and partying with clan members.


   VIII. FINAL

   >Breaking any of that above rules  might be punished with a warning in a clan chat+mail. Every member of the clan might have 1 warning, second abuse
means dismiss.
